Coaching Inside the Organization: The Certification Program for Internal Coaches

Successful organizations are once again making leadership development a top priority. By building an internal coaching capability, companies can cost-effectively prepare its next generation of leaders.

If you are interested in becoming an internal coach, Coaching Inside the Organization program will provide you with skills, tools, and hands-on experience in leadership coaching. Through an engaging blend of faculty-led discussions, peer coaching, and hands-on coaching experiences, you will develop:

  • Expansive, formal coaching skills—applied in real time
  • Organizational savvy critical to effective coaching
  • Abilities to recognize and manage key challenges with leadership development

You also will receive formal certification from Babson, a 10-year leader in providing coaching education.

Educators for this program include: James Hunt (program co-director), Joseph Weintraub (program co-director), and Elaine Eisenman.
