This comprehensive introductory three-day program shows participants how to combine sophisticated cost and schedule estimation with the latest business thinking on managing the project’s progress to achieve strategic business results. Five Sigma^® project management builds on The PMBOK^® Guide and the “critical chain” to create a new plan that weaves together the latest thinking about sophisticated scheduling with the best in product quality and risk management.

* This course will be conducted for a minimum group of six (6) students. The class will be scheduled to suit the attendees when the minimum is reached. With sufficient demand, we expect to schedule a class in early 2010.
